Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 3-5 years of Mortgage sales experience required Prior managerial experience required Other Traits, Characteristics and
Experience:
Proven experience in building a network outside of current market areas highly preferred Proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas Proven experience in developing and maintaining positive inter-departmental relationships Strong team-building skills, local networking and recruitment sources as well as experience coaching and developing direct reports
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
