A BRAND NEW nursing leadership opportunity is available in Coastal New England! The experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will be a welcomed member of this seasoned team of top-notch RNs.

bed short-term acute care hospital has been well-known in the community for it's delivery of high-quality patient care for over a century! Medical services offered include 24/7 Emergency Care, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Women's and Children's Services, Advanced Cardiovascular Care, and Radiology.
This historied medical center has recently received multiple accolades for excellence in care including Heart Attack and Stroke Care, Colon Cancer Surgery, and Diabetes Care.
The Nurse Manager of Cath Lab will have the wonderful opportunity to join a solid leadership team who are committed to driving excellence in quality in all patient care services.
About the Job:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Cardiovascular Services and will oversee a team of 20 direct reports, including a Nursing Team Leader.
60% of this role will involve administrative duties including managing HR-related matters, quality and performance improvement, team-building, special projects, and finances; with the other 40% of the role involving management of daily operations of the fast-paced Cath Lab.
There are no on-call requirements for this role! The hours of the Nurse Manager Cath Lab will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:
30pm.
About YOU:
The RN Manager Cath Lab will possess a BSN Degree, active RN License, along with 3
years of leadership experience in acute care nursing - whether that be Cath Lab, CVICU / Intensive Care, Cardiac Telemetry, or Radiology.
The nurse leader will have a strong business acumen, and will promote an overall positive work environment through team-building projects.
