Experience:
o 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required. o Experience with Meditech is required. Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Massachusetts license in hand at the time of application. o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. o COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted. o COVID booster required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted. o Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details:
Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments - these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked. Rotating weekends and holidays. Will be expected to float like units and to overflow areas. Current Telemetry experience or able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam on day one. Charge Nurse experience preferred. BSN preferred. All RTO requests must be presented at time of sub. Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm, travel or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered . 1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type)1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) Proof of identification required Certifications:
