PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Provides secretarial and administrative support.
Duties include scheduling, coordinating, and performing multiple tasks requiring close attention to detail.
Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.
Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and company/division policy requirements.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES :
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Under general supervision, provides a broad range of secretarial & administrative support that may include details of a confidential nature.
Assembles & analyzes information for use in the preparation of report, manuals and presentations.
Receives & responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
Responsible for compilation of real estate packages and onward transmittalOversight of departmental billing and receivables system including interface with Corporate AccountingSchedules appointments, makes travel arrangements, processes related expense reports, coordinates meetings.
Screens mail & telephone calls, directs requests to the appropriate individuals & follows up on replies.
Interfaces with a variety of people on issues both routine & complex.
Utilizes the PC and related software programs to accomplish assignments.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma - some specialized secretarial training preferredEXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS 2 to 5 years experience in the fieldKnowledge of business & technical vocabulary.
Familiar with std concepts, practices & procedures within particular field.
Able to employ basic reasoning skills.
Knowledge of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database programs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
