Contract Compliance and Benefits Specialist (CB 3839)
Position: Compliance and Benefits Specialist
Location: Plymouth, MA
Project Length: contract-to-perm
Pay Rate: $40-$50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Manage the company's EEO/AA program. Coordinates with vendor to prepare required EEO/AA plans
Produce required EEO 1 reports, Vets 100 reports
Create and manipulate data via complex spreadsheet to produce manually required reporting information/
Oversee and monitor I-9 and E-verify tracking programs
Prepare 5500 report
Enroll and assist employees with 401(k) questions
Enter data into disciplinary and involuntary termination tracking data base
Manage the accommodation review process. Respond to accommodation request. Enter and trace self-disclosure forms
Learn and create recently required ACA reporting requirements
Skills/Experience Required:
Five- eight years of directly related Compliance/Benefits experience in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Superior Excel skills
Experience with all federal reporting requirement for a multiple business unit organization
Superior communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
